Mike Pitts

Mike Pitts – Founder & Trainer, The Doggie Concierge
Mike has established himself as a respected voice in humane, science-based dog training and personalized canine care throughout Greater Cleveland. Known for his expertise, discretion, and professionalism, he has become a trusted choice for clients across the region—including members of Cleveland’s NFL, NBA, and AHL communities.
In 2017, Mike founded The Doggie Concierge with a clear mission: to provide exceptional, whole-dog care rooted in veterinary-approved, science-based methods and guided by integrity. Over the years, this approach has positioned The Doggie Concierge as a preferred partner for professional sports organizations, veterinary practices, luxury apartment and condominium communities, and discerning private families.
A graduate of the Animal Behavior College’s Certified Dog Training program, Mike is an AKC Canine Good Citizen and Temperament Test Evaluator and maintains active membership in leading professional organizations including the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT), International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC), The Pet Professional Guild (PPG), International Boarding & Pet Services Association (IBPSA), Pet Sitters International (PSI), and Dunbar Academy of Top Dogs. He also takes his personal and professional growth seriously, studying under the mentorship of Kelly Gorman Dunbar, an internationally recognized authority in humane training and co-founder of Sirius Puppy Training, Dunbar Academy, and Kelly Gorman Dog Training.
Outside of his professional work, Mike lives in North Ridgeville with his wife of 15 years, their teenage son, and two tween daughters. Their household includes five rescue dogs—a spirited Shepherd mix from Istanbul and four beloved Pugs from Amish Country, three of whom are special-needs rescues saved by Safe Harbor Animal Rescue. His family’s dedication to animal welfare mirrors the compassion and commitment at the heart of his professional mission.

Erien has been part of The Doggie Concierge family since September 2020, bringing both professionalism and polish to her role as a Concierge. With an Associate Degree in Business Management and an extensive background as an Executive Assistant and Practice Assistant, she combines organizational expertise with a keen eye for detail—qualities that ensure every client experience is seamless and elevated.
She and her husband, Bryan, make their home in Sheffield Village with their two young children. When she isn’t serving clients with discretion and care, Erien can be found enjoying hands-on creativity through crafting and DIY projects, or recharging with camping trips and family time.

Many have been with us for several years, offering continuity and trust, while others bring fresh perspectives and energy that strengthen our service.
